Describe the copyrighted work or other protected material you believe has been infringed. If the notice covers multiple works, provide enough information to identify them clearly.
Identify the APKDOVA material
Provide the exact APKDOVA page URL and identify the specific image, file, text or other material you want reviewed. A general reference to the whole website may not be enough to locate the disputed material.
Contact information
Provide your full name or organisation name and a reliable way for APKDOVA to contact you about the notice. If you act for the rights holder, state that relationship.
Good-faith and accuracy statements
Include a statement that you have a good-faith belief the complained-of use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law, and a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the relevant rights holder.
Signature
Include a physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or a person authorised to act on the rights holder’s behalf.
How to submit
Use the Contact page or Report Software form and include the information above. For a listing-specific complaint, the Report Software form is preferred because it provides a field for the affected page URL.
Review process
APKDOVA may restrict or remove disputed material while a notice is reviewed and may contact the relevant publisher or submitter for clarification. Incomplete notices may require additional information before action can be taken. Knowingly false or misleading notices may have legal consequences.
