This policy explains the information processed by APKDOVA features included in this website and the purposes for which that information is used.

When you create an APKDOVA account, the site stores the name, username and email address you submit, together with a password hash and account status. APKDOVA does not store your account password in plain text.
Account information is used for sign-in, account administration and features that require an identified user.
Reviews, favourites and download history
When you are signed in, reviews and ratings are associated with your account. Saved favourites are linked to your user account.
When a signed-in user follows a configured download action, APKDOVA can record the app and download time in that account’s download history. The current site code keeps the most recent download-history records rather than an unlimited history.
Publisher Centre and submitted files
If you use Publisher Centre, APKDOVA processes the publisher profile and app-submission information you provide. This can include app metadata, descriptions, links, icons, screenshots and other files submitted for moderation.
Submission records are used to review, publish, update, investigate or remove listings and to maintain a record of moderation activity.
Contact and software reports
When you use the Contact or Report Software form, APKDOVA stores the name, email address, subject, message and, for a software report, the affected page URL when supplied. If you are signed in, the message may also be linked to your user account.
These details are used to respond to support requests, investigate listing issues and maintain an administrative support queue.
Technical and session information
The web server, hosting environment and security layers may process normal request data such as IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, timestamps, referrer information and server/security logs.
APKDOVA uses an essential server-side session so login, CSRF protection and other stateful features can function. The site’s own promotional banner system does not require a visitor-frequency cookie or local-storage suppression in the current implementation.
How information is used
Information is used to operate accounts, reviews, favourites, download history, publisher moderation, support, abuse prevention, security, troubleshooting, site administration and feature reliability.
The current APKDOVA features described here use personal information for site operation and administration. If a future advertising or analytics integration materially changes how personal information is processed, this policy should be updated to describe that change.
Third-party destinations
Listings can link or redirect to developer websites, privacy policies, Google Play, source pages or other external download destinations. Once you leave APKDOVA, the destination service may process data under its own privacy policy and terms.
APKDOVA cannot control the privacy practices or later changes of an external website.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide the relevant feature, protect the service, handle moderation or disputes, meet legal obligations, or maintain necessary operational records.
You can use the Contact page to request correction or deletion of eligible account information. Some records may need to be retained where deletion would conflict with security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or legal requirements.
Security
APKDOVA uses reasonable technical and administrative safeguards appropriate to the site, including hashed account passwords and request-protection controls. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Policy changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated when APKDOVA features, data practices or legal requirements change. A material update should change the “Last updated” date shown on this page; the date is not automatically changed every day.
